The Township Clerk is vested with many duties and responsibilities
throughout the year. Some of the legal responsibilities are: maintaining
records for the Township and highway departments, administering oaths,
taking Township Board minutes and filing the proper papers with the county
and state. The Township Clerk is also responsible for absentee voting and
publishing public notices.

| In Februrary of 2010 elected township clerk for Dina Frigo tendered her resignation to the board of trustees. We at Grafton Township hope nothing but the best for Dina and her presence at our township will be sorely missed. Take Care Dina! |
